Schema Therapy

Schema Therapy is designed for people who repeatedly find themselves stuck in the same patterns – in relationships, at work, or within themselves – and who struggle with persistent negative beliefs.

Schema Therapy helps you to identify the patterns that hold you back and understand where they come from. Step by step, you learn to break through these patterns and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Treatment may involve rescripting persistent beliefs, for example, and can be supported by EMDR. This can lead to greater freedom, resilience and connection.
