Integrative Psychotherapy

Integrative Psychotherapy is designed for people who feel stuck in their lives, emotions, relationships or thoughts, and who have often already tried one or more forms of cognitive therapy without sufficient results.

This form of therapy is suitable for people with:

  • (complex) trauma

  • difficulties with emotion regulation

  • mood problems

  • anxiety problems

  • recurring patterns and/or thoughts

  • relationship difficulties

Integrative Psychotherapy is a personalised approach that adapts to the client and draws on insights from a range of therapies. These are combined during sessions to foster greater flexibility, integration and resilience. This enables the treatment to be tailored more closely to the client’s specific needs. It is not a protocol-based therapy.
